Hi Jenna! Your webpage looks so polished and clean, with beautiful images too! I liked the quotations you chose about how Scottish Gaelic is perceived as "too foreign, less valuable," etc. I noticed that you chose a quote which attributed death of minority languages to economic factors, which was very interesting! We talk frequently about the "value" of different languages, and in this case there seems to be a direct link between value and money. That is, the value of a language is viewed and expressed as a monetary sum/the amount of money it can generate rather than an inherent quality.
